As noted, I added the article I found about calulating SG contributions of
fruit to the wiki. In summary, find the number on the lookup table,
multiply it by 0.75 (assuming 75% extraction, which may vary), and then
multiply by the number of pounds you use. So my 2lbs of peaches could
contribute as much as 0.020 SG to the pale ale I just put to bed, which
would take it from 1.044 to 1.064!
Sebastian, you'll want to give it a read when making your strawberry
blonde. When are we doing that?
