Sorghum and an IPA

Today it's been a week, and SG is 1.025 @ 64F. Will it continue to ferment
out if I rack it into secondary? Maybe try to intentionally suck up some
extra yeasties? Trying to RDWHAHB (drinking my last porter, which held up
amazingly well).
