Sorghum and an IPA

Greetings,

So the sorghum is probably wrapping up primary fermentation. I haven't yet
taken a gravity sample, so that's needed. Quite a few yeasties were
generated in the process, so I'm cooking up an IPA (on the low end, only 54
IBUs for 1.055) and this weekend I'll rack the sorghum into the 3 gallon
fermenter and put the IPA in the big boy.

I hope y'all are well!
