Today it's been a week, and SG is 1.025 @ 64F. Will it continue to ferment out if I rack it into secondary? Maybe try to intentionally suck up some extra yeasties? Trying to RDWHAHB (drinking my last porter, which held up amazingly well).
Greetings,

So the sorghum is probably wrapping up primary fermentation. I haven't yet taken a gravity sample, so that's needed. Quite a few yeasties were generated in the process, so I'm cooking up an IPA (on the low end, only 54 IBUs for 1.055) and this weekend I'll rack the sorghum into the 3 gallon fermenter and put the IPA in the big boy.
