ESB sluggish carbonation [wedding brews]

Haha, I'm a bit of a dumbass. I went to add porter #2's bottling date and I
saw that we bottled the ESB on Oct 1st, not Sep 25th. So that's me worrying
for no good reason.
It tastes amazing, though :) Hoppier than I remember, but delicious all the
same.
