ESB sluggish carbonation [wedding brews]

Greetings,

So I cracked open one of the ESBs we bottled on the 25th.

...barely any carbonation at all at 10 days. No head when I poured, only the
slightest hint of bubbles after about 15 minutes in glass. And this after I
accidentally went for 2.4 volumes.

4 weeks remain until the wedding, and there's *some* sign of carbonation, so
there's hope yet. But oh gods I don't need this.
