Haha, I'm a bit of a dumbass. I went to add porter #2's bottling date and I saw that we bottled the ESB on Oct 1st, not Sep 25th. So that's me worrying for no good reason.<br><br>It tastes amazing, though :) Hoppier than I remember, but delicious all the same.<br>

Greetings,<br><br>So I cracked open one of the ESBs we bottled on the 25th. <br><br>...barely any carbonation at all at 10 days. No head when I poured, only the slightest hint of bubbles after about 15 minutes in glass. And this after I accidentally went for 2.4 volumes.<br>
