Greetings,<br><br>So I cracked open one of the ESBs we bottled on the 25th. <br><br>...barely any carbonation at all at 10 days. No head when I poured, only the slightest hint of bubbles after about 15 minutes in glass. And this after I accidentally went for 2.4 volumes.<br>
