[HCoop-Misc] Managed hosting at Peer1

The people we deal with don't offer managed servers.  They do offer a 
few managed services only.  Serverbeach is the managed hosting side; 
they are on the same network now and share some datacenters but not in 
New York.  The main one is in Atlanta, IIRC.
