[HCoop-Help] Fwd: Payment?

I now got a notice from Google Wallet stating that $40 I sent to you has
resulted in my preoduct being shipped. Am I to assume that this means my
payment has finally been processed and that I no longer have a negative
balance?

My HCoop balance has now gone into the negative, and I have gotten no
replies regarding the fact that one of my payments to you does not seem to
have been processed.

This doesn't feel nice.

Where should I turn?

I've received a HCoop payment reminder, even though I had already paid (via
Google Checkout). I responded to this second reminder (to payment at hcoop.net)
but I haven't gotten any further response.

Has my mail reached you?
