[HCoop-Discuss] Peer 1 TOS/AUP removed

Greetings,

As mentioned last month, we've removed the Peer 1 TOS/AUP from our terms
of service. Members must still abide by the Linode/Digital Ocean TOS/AUP
(although in practice, just the Digital Ocean one currently as we have
no interactive servers at Linode, just our offsite dns/afs server).
