[HCoop-Discuss] Mailman list sites can now use SSL

Greetings,

For no real good reason, the domtool mailmanVhost action hasn't
supported SSL except for lists.hcoop.net.

https://git.hcoop.net/hcoop/domtool2.git/commit/4c792c1b279b1f0a99d2cc39d174ee7c3e460f3f

fixes that, so you can now just use something like:

    mailman "lists" where
       SSL = your_cert;
    end;

To set up a list vhost using https.

If you want SSL to be the default, the process is the same as changing
the list domain in general; open a list request in the portal
(https://members.hcoop.net/portal/list) under the list's primary email
address, and in the message:

         change canonical url to https://...

And we'll adjust the mailman config.
