[HCoop-Discuss] Election status

This is just a note that we're halfway through the board election, and 
we haven't yet reached the number of votes needed to reach a quorum so 
that the vote is binding.  I think that quorum number is no higher than 
23, but we currently have only 19 votes.  Thus, if you haven't voted 
yet, it would help if you moseyed on over to this URL and did so:
