I think the broader point that members don't realize is the amount of
time and energy our volunteers have been spending to get things to
work. We pay a market-low rate -- but the volunteers can't expand to
get new equipment with the current budget.
I don't have financial skills to fully explain, even if I did know the
facts. But even polls for more major decisions are frustrating without
enough response (votes) from members.
