[HCoop-Discuss] On organizing people to get work done

Would you mind elaborating on why you think it would be unwise to use
virtualization?

Also, we can't just divide and conquer the Admin tasks because it requires
people with a very specialized skill set that I think most members here
don't have. I know I don't.
