I think we can live with the ship date (their estimate is Dec 25).

Any reason for using 3 disks only? I would suggest 1x 160 GB (or next
smallest) to pair it into RAID 1 with the system disk that is delivered
with the server, and then 2x or 4x 750 GB (or other large capacity)
for user data.

Initially, we can comfortably live with just 2x 750 GB since that's 
already a couple times more than what we have now, and we can add
extra disks (and with larger capacity that will be available) later.

(Btw, if that's just what you had in mind when you said 3x750 GB, that's
alright too).

Staying at Peer1, I think we can rely on the KVM for now.
