Pick the right support category and submit a ticket there.

P.S.: If it's not clear how to use the portal to do something, the right 
move is to submit a "Meta" category support ticket asking how to do it.  
The next best thing is to e-mail admins at hcoop.net, if, for instance, you 
can't figure out how to submit a "Meta" ticket.  You should never need 
to ask a mailing list, and should try to avoid doing so.  All of this 
will apply to the new set-up, too, with Bugzilla categories replacing 
portal support categories.
