[HCoop-Discuss] Closing Account?

I was told that the proper way to request an account closing would be 
to use the Portal, but I'm afraid I do not see the proper way to do 
that on the old portal. At this time, I also am unable to access the 
new portal, so I assume that the old one would be the only way to do 
this. Of course, I am in no rush, so if the new portal is better, I can 
wait until those are finished.
