[Bond-users] Building dtddocs causes dtd2html to fail.

Hi All,
Answered my own question.
The perlSGML archive which contains dtd2html from here 
http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/perlsgml/ works; anything from CPAN 
does not.  No idea why, newer versions perhaps.
