[Bond-users] Building dtddocs causes dtd2html to fail.

Hi All,
I do not seem to be able to build the Bond-4.0 dtd documentation with 
dtd2html. This has always worked in previous versions. My perl installation 
appears Ok and dtd2html runs its own supplied tests but I alwayd get parsing 
errors from Parser.pm with the Bond-4.0 files.
Has anyone succeeded? Is there a tar archive somewhere?
