[Bond-users] Building dtddocs causes dtd2html to fail.

It works here.

scons uses this command:

 dtd2html -outdir docs/dtddoc -descfile bond.dsc bond.dtd

and it works with only a few warnings

 dtd2html -help 

reports
 
 Version: 1.5.1
 dtd.pl Version: 2.4.1
 
this just the stock debian stable versions of perl and perlsgml 
the debian package bears the version name "1:19970918-13"

these are the source files: (the first two are symlinks)
