[Nestedvm] nestedvm patches hosting

      It's been brought to my attention (thanks Thomas!) that the gmane
archive of this mailing list may have corrupted or cut off the 4 tar.bz2
patch sets I posted recently (
nestedvm-gcc-[3.3.6,4.8.3]-newlib-[1.11.0,1.20.0].tar.bz2  ).  I have
placed them online, along with classgen.zip and nestedvm.zip (in case the
original hosting goes down) and openbsdglob.tar.gz and regex3.8a.tar.gz.
I didn't put gcc, binutils, etc. up, this is on a 1.5mbps down/1mbps up DSL
line and ftp.gnu.org is far faster.
