I don't think the world has enough saison, personally. And we need to be
sure to give it time to age. So +1 from me :)
I am not under the gun this weekend as I was last weekend; I can join you
without any reservation.
Rach, I uploaded the HTML version to the wiki for your ease of use. I am
inclined to tweak it now that we've brewed it a few times, but it's your
call, brewmaster!
