So I called the plant again, and spoke to one Bobbie Hill. She happily
forwarded on to me last month's averages for the minerals we use. I asked
if she could put in in the monthlies, too, and she said she'd pass it on as
a recommendation. Anyway, I've put the new numbers into the table on the
wiki under the Water heading.

15.9 mg/L , Chloride****

149 mg/L, Total dissolve solids (combination of Inorganic and Organic
substances)****

8.5 mg/L, Calcium****

3.3  mg/L, Chlorine****

4.0 mg/L Magnesium****
