Stovetop brewing tonight!

Greetings, all,

Tonight I'm brewing another stovetop batch using some amber DME and
molasses. Of note: I discovered that I am somehow missing my Irish Moss, but
I'm not sweating it, because a cursory search seems to indicate that it's
not strictly necessary, just helpful. I shall consider it an opportunity to
experiment and report on how the clarity turns out.
