I think it's reasonable, maybe a bit light but we'll probably darken in
a bit in the kettle whether we mean to or not anyway.
Looks like we have a winner for a (well, light grains) leftover beer!
p.s. no worries about hops, if we have insufficient kent goldings oh
well! willamette is an aroma hop of the fuggle family anyway, and we
have some northern brewer which works too.
