Monday's situation for me:

 - I'm doing a pretty major software release tonight (renaming 30G of
data ... a bit hairy) so I need to be around to support it until
around 3 p.m. (just in case something goes wrong and I have to
   perform a ridiculous revert)
 - More relatives are arriving sometime during the day or evening

So far the arrival time of the relatives and how that would interact
with brewing is unknown. It may be a better idea to delay until the
weekend ('tho with the /potential/ quality issues of the first batch
... time) because these relatives are kiiiiiind of tee-totalers

(my uncle is a pentecostal minister and one of the tenets of the
church is that all alcohol comsumption is a sin -- he has said
things to the effect in the past that he would never but is not
judging of others partaking under certain circumstances... but I
don't want to actively offend his sensibilities by producing
something I know he disapproves of in his presence).

I'll see what my Grandmother thinks and whether they are coming tomorrow
(it might end up being Tuesday or even the next week), but we should
come up with a contingency plan any way.
