Oatmeal Porter [wedding brews]

As you'll see when you load it, the recipe is an attempt at a robust oatmeal
porter. It's equally an excuse to try out the Special B as it is to use
oatmeal in the mash :) I should probably add some rice hulls in there just
to be sure; the maris otter only takes up 50% of the bill.
