[Hcoop-misc] MS Windows Screen Organization

Rob,

I know there is a version of blackbox (fluxbox-eqsue WM for Linux) that 
was ported to Windows. This was a couple years back so I'm not sure if 
it's still around, but it was decent. I primarily use fluxbox on Linux, 
so this was neat.
