You have the same problem as we have. No problems with hcoop, but your
network admins have become wiser and blocked ssh connections beyond the
firewall.
so your tunnel days are over. BTW are you behind websense?
As for not working in firefox, same issue here on linux machine. I have to
use opera to use the ssh.hcoop.net web ssh login, firefox somehow does not
work, dunno why.
And as for tunnel, I do not think you can tunnel through web based ssh
