Besides running 'domtool' (or 'domtool DOMAIN_NAME'), no.

The permissions don't play a role in this; even if you had the wrong
permissions, it'd display a "Request denied" page instead of redirecting
to HCoop website.

I hope others can look into your specific configuration and maybe
pinpoint a problem.
