[HCoop-Help] HCoop SMTP Server and Spam

Hi,

On http://wiki.hcoop.net/MemberManual/Email#SendingMail, it seems that
we are discouraged from using the HCoop SMTP server to send outgoing
mail (to mailboxes that HCoop doesn't host). I have recently found out
about SPF records http://www.openspf.org/ so:

- To keep emails from being labeled as spam, wouldn't it make sense to
encourage the use of the SMTP server, and use the SPF record for
hcoop.net? (I think it being used, but I'm unsure exactly what it
means, as in my next questions)

- I've used http://www.kitterman.com/spf/validate.html to look at the
SPF record for hcoop, and it returns:

   v=spf1 mx ~all
