[HCoop-Discuss] Setting Up Jitsi Meet For the Coop?

We've got nine responses; eight yes, one no, and so far no objections --
I think this is enough to say it's a good idea to at least set up jitsi
meet in a beta capacity, and that it would actually be used by members.

So... anyone have suggestions for a server name so we can set up a poll
and let everyone vote on that?
