[HCoop-Discuss] Disclosure of Conflict of Interest

Greetings,

It has come to my attention that I have a minor conflict of interest
with Tech Coop. I am currently contracting for them on a programming
project and will be doing so for the foreseeable future. As such, I
must recuse myself from all board discussion and decision-making
pertaining to HCoop's relationship with Tech Coop.
