I think we've been keeping around volumes of members who have been gone 
for a while.  We can probably get back a significant amount of space by 
deleting those, if necessary.  We probably want to do this, anyway, 
after a member has been gone for a few months, due to privacy concerns.

If hopper will be ready as soon as you suggest, then our proposals are 
consistent with each other.
