Hi,

I started on the wiki page below to be a quote request to send to
potential colocation providers.  My version is not yet complete enough
to send, but is a starting point for getting general rates and
services from providers.

It's hard to say exactly what we need without having a decided
architecture plan, but we should start the generic request and can
make it more specific before sending it.  Maybe it'll give us ideas
about architecture plans, or we'll guide architecture plans by what is
most cost effective after preliminary quotes.
