Everything that system:backup user has access to is backed up.

You can control this with "fsr sa DIRECTORY system:backup PERMISSION",
where PERMISSION is "read" or "none", depending on what you want to do.

Both user homes and databases are backed in this same way, where for
databases I think we also backup output of mysqldump and pg_dump in
addition to on-disk files.
