[HCoop-Discuss] Backup Policy? (mire)

Hi,

I'm still new to HCOOP having been here for a week, but so far I am 
impressed.

I found instructions in the Wiki on how admin's can restore files from 
the off-site backup.  But I was wondering if someone could provide 
details about the backup policy?  Such as what is backed-up, and how 
often?  I'm mostly concerned about my user directory and MySql databases.
