I haven't seen anyone calling you "non-technical." I was just reaching 
for some subclass of your objections that makes any sense to me. See if 
you can find anyone else who agrees that you have a point on any issue 
but lack of board response to requests designed to help people with 
limited Linux or programming knowledge. Claiming that many objectors 
prefer to remain silent is one thing, but you should be able to find at 
least _one_ other person who agrees with you, if you want anyone to take 
you seriously.
