Your reply is quite satisfactory. I would like to state that I 
understand the concern enough that for sometime I have been considering 
a move of web hosting to Canada (my home) at some point in the future.

Specifically, it might be useful to have a Canadian counterpart to the 
Hosting Cooperative.
