I dealt with this for the Computing Services wiki by having 2 versions of
the URL, one which forced authentication, and one which did not. the
difference was /bin/ versus /pbin/ as a component of the URL. If you clicked
"login" on the page it used a magic rewrite to rewrite the current url to
force you through the login page; this wasn't the native login feature.
