Hello all,
I have to use dnsCNAME for the `www` host with chicowiki.org (it points to
domains.wikispot.org).  That seems to work with a test domain of mine. 
But I also need to be able to forward http://chicowiki.org to
http://www.chicowiki.org.  I can't figure out how to properly do so as
rewriteRules &c. must be in a vhost or web stanza and they require a
`host`.  These tricks worked fine on Fyodor.  Any clues?

BTW, I'm using the suggested way of doing this at
