As expected. The normal POP3 port is not available, because no good
way was found to secure communications over it.

Don't use TLS. Use SSL. There was a bug where TLS was being required,
but I have fixed that now. Also, be sure to uncheck the "Use secure
authentication" box, if one exists for Opera. I've just now tested POP3
SSL access from one of my machines, and it works.
