I agree that a paid staff to perform the upgrades in a set period of time
is a good idea, but we should also make sure that these people are such
that they strongly believe in good work. As such, I think it might be good
to ensure that these people have a vested interest in making Hcoop work,
rather than outsourcing outside of HCoop. I have seen too many instances
of shoddy work done because people did not really care to make things work
just right, and were only worried about meeting deadlines. A combination
of laziness and tight deadlines is NOT a good thing.
