This has come up a few times, but make sure you pay attention to
HCoop-announce.  It was created as a low-traffic, high-priority
announcements list.  The chatter on HCoop-discuss can get pretty dense, so
members aren't expected to be up-to-date on HCoop-discuss, or to read
HCoop-misc at all if it doesn't interest them.  You can of course set your
subscriptions on the portal and filter using exim/procmail/your own mail
client.
