[Hcoop-discuss] Planning for new hosting set-up

I'd like to get the ball rolling again towards a solid new hosting 
set-up for us.  For those who may not have been here when the discussion 
started or who have forgotten, there are many aspects of our current 
hosting set-up that are not attractive for reliability or cost reasons.  
We are planning a new "dream" hosting set-up, to address all concerns 
that we can think of.  The idea is that we have enough members now to 
make this financially feasible.

Summarizing previous discussion on this list, I've added a draft letter 
to potential hosting providers at the top of this wiki page:

Please voice any suggestions on it by editing that page or by posting 
here.  I hope that we can agree on the requirements and wording in the 
next week and then start contacting potential hosts.
