This reminds me of something that was mentioned on the IRC
channel. The idea was to put a high capacity proxy on port 80, and
proxy Apache through it along side any users' LocalProxy servers.

This would allow people with larger needs to run things like yaws or
lighttpd and let us benefit from it.
