Hi all,

I (very quickly) added a page on gender-neutral language to our wiki:

I hope that other members who feel that this is an important issue will 
help to improve this page, and that it can help members of our 
cooperative to communicate effectively in the future without reproducing 
gender biases and prejudices that exist in our society.
