No, I did this inquiry of my own volition just to see what the dues were. 
I certainly would not have proceeded any further without opening it up to
the membership for discussion.  I could make a little list of pros and
cons for joining the NCBA, but since the dues are too high relative to our
budget in the near future anyway, I should use my time for something more
productive.  When that changes we can begin this discussion again.  If you
