[Hcoop-discuss] Web design tweaked

[John Settino, "Nion"]

Perhaps we should add some changes that affect the link colors. The 
default blue/purple (in Firefox) looks off; It'd be nice to use some 
Blue/Red/Green that matches the upper-lefthand logo. My suggestions are 
attached.
